John Perraton

John Perraton - Director

Mr. Perraton recently founded Perraton Law. Mr. Perraton ,a member of the Order of Canada, was a senior partner of the law firm of Field LLP Calgary and has a corporate commercial practice which concentrates on strategic business advice, corporate restructuring, securities issues, contract negotiation and oil and gas law. He is currently the chairman of the Kids Cancer Care Foundation based in Calgary, Alberta. He is also a member of the community advisory board of the Liben Cardiovascular Institute of Alberta. He acted as the Chairman of the Canada 2005 Exposition Corporation, Calgary's bid to host the World's Fair in 2005. He is a Chancellor Emeritus of the University of Calgary and sits as vice chair of the board of governors for the University of Calgary. Mr. Perraton has served for seven years as the Honorary Consul General of Korea for Alberta. He also sits on the community advisory board of the Calgary Herald and has extensive past service with the Canadian Bar Association including serving as President of the Alberta Branch.

Wayne Bobye Wayne Bobye - Director MBA, CMA

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer UTS Energy Corporation since 2005. Prior to that Mr. Bobye was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Altex Energy Ltd., from 2002 to 2005.



Ron Cargo Ron Cargo - Chairman

Mr. Cargo has over 37 years of experience in the oil and gas business. He has held various managerial and executive positions in accounting, reservoir engineering, gas pipelining, drilling and production in both Canada and the United States. From 1982 to 1992, he was President and Director of Triton Canada Resources Ltd. (a publicly traded resource company) and predecessor companies. He also served as senior officer and Director of several subsidiaries including Maple Leaf Utilities Ltd. (a private gas utility company) and Transwest Gas Systems Ltd. (a gas transportation company). From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Cargo served as a Director of IPAC (Independent Producers Association of Canada) and served as Chairman in 1989. Mr. Cargo became President and Director of Blue Springs Energy Ltd. (a private resource company) in 1991.

James H. Ross

James H. Ross - Director

Jim has 23 years of investment industry experience in both private client and investment banking. Jim has held senior management and executive positions at Moss, Lawson & Co., CM Oliver and Company, Canaccord Capital Corp. and Leede Financial Markets Inc. Jim joined Jennings in October 2002 to direct the Private Client group.

Keith Innis - Director

Mr. Innes is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, providing services in all aspects of operations and engineering, including drilling, completions, production, facilities, safety, exploitation, reservoir, property evaluations and marketing to a variety of clients and employers.

Brian F. Lund - Director

Mr. Lund has over 20 of years experience in the telecommunications and cable television industries. Mr. Lund is principal of Brian Lund Consulting. Mr. Lund served as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Monarch Communications Inc. from 2002 until Monarch's cable television business was acquired by Shaw Communications in 2004. Prior to 2002, Mr. Lund held senior management positions with Monarch Fibre Ltd., 360networks inc., Newbridge Networks Corp., Fundy Communications and Rogers Communications Inc. Mr. Lund holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from Mount Allison University.
